This is the "Event Detail" view, showing all available information for this event.
If the event has passed, click the "Event Report" button to read a report and view photos that were uploaded.
Yearly website setup duties for new board members
Registration is not Required
Here is a list of changes needed when we transition to a new board with new assignments every year:
- Control Panel > Club tab > Setup > Titles for new Pres, VP etc
- Control Panel > People tab > Committees
- Contact Us menu option > edit pencil
- Godaddy email masks: https://wcc.godaddy.com/email?cmd=planlistplan&selectedplan=all&override=1
- Any former board members-change their member email to their home email in their profile.
- Advise board members to use email mask for their profile email for the duration of their term.
- About menu > Executive Board > update images & text.
- About menu > History > add new board
- Print off Release forms & parental consent forms & give to all board members

- Copy this event to next year on April 15th.
