EISC - The 9/26 Cedar Falls/Waterloo Trails Bicycle Ride has been cancelled. Wendall reports most of the trails are closed from the the flooding. The camping was cancelled earlier in the week as George Wyth State Park is under water. We have had some bad luck with the weather on our bike rides this summer.
Wendall says there are still lots of things to do in Waterloo and Cedar Falls if you already are planning on going. He thinks the John Deere Museum opens at 10:00 and you can still meet at the Single Speed Brewery (the old Wonder Bread factory) for lunch. There are several spots in both towns to watch the football games.
Sorry to have to cancel but with the rains and flooding we don't have much choice.
