Sauk Rail Trail Bike Ride and camping weekend (7/29-8/2) has been cancelled
The EISC board regrets to announce that the camping at Black Hawk State Park-Lake View, Iowa-- July 29-August 2 (Bike Ride Aug 1) and the August 1st Sauk Rail Trail bike ride in west central Iowa has been cancelled. The ride was planned from Black Hawk Lake trail head near Lake View to Swan Lake trailhead in Carroll Iowa has been cancelled for this year.
We are sorry for the late notice - this ride never took off as we had hoped and we didn’t have enough people to make this trip work. The timing conflicted with RAGBRAI and the Oshkosh Air Show which draws our members. We will keep the research for this ride for a possible future date.
