The bike ride is a 36-mile round trip that includes miles on dirt trails, city streets, paved trails, and rural gravel roads. The course will be marked with directional signs at key intersections to help riders navigate to the organic farm. Riders will start at the Penningroth Barn (6665 Otis Rd SE, Cedar Rapids) in groups of 20 riders. The beginning of the route will follow the Sac and Fox Trail to Prairie Park Fishery. From the fishery riders will go into town and meet up with the Cedar Valley Trail. The trail will take riders to E Otter Road where they will turn to go to Sugar Grove Farm (3706 St. Peters Road, Marion). See map attached. There will be a sag wagon available beginning at 11:15 AM for any riders who chose to opt out of the return ride. Once riders are at the Farm, they will be able to enjoy breakfast and live music.

Cost: $65 per rider (registrants will receive a t-shirt)
