I don't think it will take us 1.5 hours to get to Third Base, so if it's like 10:15 or so by the time we get there, we can go down the street on Blairs Ferry to Blooms. It's not far and we should be able to go all the way on the sidewalk, I believe. They have coffee and pastries and a nice, large patio behind the place.

Hey all,

Let's meet on Thursday, June 12 @ 9:30 am for a bike ride from Waldo's Rock to Third Base on Blairs Ferry Road. We'll have a bite to eat then head back. This is a fairly easy ride. I'm not sure of the distance but I don't think it's more than 15 miles round trip and it's all on trail. The wind is supposed to be 5-10 mph. The address for Waldo's Rock is 6303 Partners Avenue, Marion, IA. There are parking spots there and a nice little pavilion to sit in to wait for everyone. We will leave promptly at 9:30.
