Everyone is welcome at Meadowlark Pavilion in Squaw Creek Park, Marion on Saturday June 1 for the annual Picnic and kick-off of summer events. Games and conversation start at 2pm and we’ll eat around 6 pm. It’s a good day to get out that fun car and drive to the Park.
Bring a meat to grill for supper if you like. We will provide a grill, table settings, pop, and bottled water. There is electricity available for crock pots. Don’t forget your outdoor games, card games, and food items to share.
It’s a Beer Taste opportunity. Bring a special Craft Beer to share with your friends – one that you’ve loved or wanted to try. We will also have some box wine available.
Wear your favorite t-shirt from a great vacation or a tacky t-shirt for the fun of it. We’ll go over the summer events, play some games and have a picnic. Watch for sign-ups for the summer events – such as Kernels baseball on Fri June 14, biking, and golfing. Hope to see you there.
